Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide leadership, management and oversight in support of FHI's research activities through out Africa
  • Plan and develop clinical, epidemiological, health service, behavioral and other research projects
  • Provide scientific leadership, establish regional research goals and objectives and manage development, implementation, and evaluation of research systems, projects and services
  • Supervise research and research staff
  • Establish systems for providing technical assistance on research and research to practice findings and methodologies
  • The ideal candidate profile:

    • MD/PhD or equivalent degree in relevant field and 7-9 years of relevant experience
    • Position based in Nairobi, Kenya
